The Procurement Intern will develop knowledge in the use of procurement department software, review and process purchasing documents, prepare/issue/maintain records of purchase orders, and may process approvals for supplier invoices and maintains necessary records.Key Responsibilities Perform input for previously established procedures and/or systems Implement firm's and department's Policies and Procedures Assist in establishing and/or maintaining a Suppliers' List Assist in preparing, issuing and receiving Requests For Quotation Assist in evaluating quotations Develop knowledge in the use of Procurement Department software Review and process purchasing documents Prepare/issue/maintain records of purchase orders Learning procurement process  May process approvals for supplier invoices and maintains necessary records Preferred Qualifications Preferred bachelors or masters degree in Supply Chain or Procurement.   Minimum Qualifications Current enrollment in a 4 year program in Supply Chain, Business, Technical / Engineering, Construction Management or related field program.
