What you'll do
- Manage supply planning to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to optimize inventory and enhance supply chain efficiency.
What you need
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or supply planning analytics.
- 2+ years of experience transforming SAP S/4HANA planning data into actionable business insights through SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Fiori Reporting, Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, and advanced visualization tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven experience in supply chain processes.
- Strong understanding of MRP systems and data management principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of supply planning processes and inventory management principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Supply Chain Certifications such as CSCP / CPIM / CPSM / Lean Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques including predictive modeling and machine learning.

As a Supply Planner II here at Honeywell, you will manage supply planning to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to optimize inventory and enhance supply chain efficiency. You will report directly to our Materials Management Director, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte NC, Rosemont IL or Houston TX location on a hybrid work schedule.
