Job Location: Louisville, KY / On the Road The Support Technician is an entry-level position . The candidate will assist more senior technicians with install ation s and /or servicing of residential and /or commercial customers as required . Responsibilities also include a willingness and ability to learn , organizational skills and effective communications . Responsibilities: Assist Experienced Technicians with Installations and/or Servicing: De monstrate the ability to learn and retain information for future use . Employ basic logic skills and ability to walk through a simple issue to resolution. Utilize hand tools and basic power tools. Keep job site clean & organized so work can be performed in the safest manner possible, and tools and equipment can be found quickly. Interact with and c ommunicate with peers, manager , and customers effectively. Qualifications: Education/Experience : High School Diploma or equivalent . No industry experience - Required . Receives skills and training from management, peers, and training curriculum. Certification/License: Must possess a valid driver’s license. Communication: Must be able to effectively communicate with various individuals in a professional manner in order to provide superior customer service. Technical: Must be able to understand technical functionality of various systems learned on-line and/or via hands-on instruction.
