Competitive pay at $35/hour No weekends or holidays Consistent weekday schedule Collaborative surgical team Opportunity to support a variety of outpatient procedures Position Summary We are seeking a Surgical Technologist (Scrub Tech) to support pain management and ophthalmology procedures at our busy surgery center. This role is responsible for preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting the surgical team throughout procedures. Key Responsibilities Prepare and organize instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies for procedures. Maintain the sterile field and follow infection prevention protocols. Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and assist the surgical team as needed. Prepare and position patients for surgery. Perform instrument and sponge counts before and after procedures. Clean, sterilize, and restock equipment and operating rooms between cases. Monitor surgical equipment and ensure supplies are available. Maintain accurate procedure documentation and communicate patient-related information to the nursing team. Follow facility policies, safety standards, and required training guidelines.
