Day to Day Responsibilities: The system Administrator will provide technical support to end users and work with other IT staff to diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers at user workstations. Support will focus primarily on, but is not limited to Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Axure, AI tools, Hyper-V, VMware, and VPN. The ideal candidate is adaptable and comfortable taking on a variety of IT troubleshooting roles. Skills Required: Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.) Hyper-V. Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure.) Networking (Firewalls, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, ISPs.) Vendor management. Customer service experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, and ITIL.) Strong background in customer-focused IT support, able to communicate and stay patient with end users. Hands on experience with AWS, Azure, Windows, and VMware & Hyper-V environments. Able to learn new technologies as ALTEN evolves.
