Support will focus primarily on, but is not limited to Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Axure, AI tools, Hyper-V, VMware, and VPN. The ideal candidate is adaptable and comfortable taking on a variety of IT troubleshooting roles. Skills Required: Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.) Hyper-V. Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure.) Networking (Firewalls, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, ISPs.) Vendor management. Customer service experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, and ITIL.) Strong background in customer-focused IT support, able to communicate and stay patient with end users. Hands on experience with AWS, Azure, Windows, and VMware & Hyper-V environments. Able to learn new technologies as ALTEN evolves.
