Tacit
Software Development · 2 to 10 employees
Tacit gives Industrial Workers Superpowers leveraging AI technologies. The Tacit platform captures, preserves and scales tacit knowledge in-context and on-demand across the industrial workforce.
Millions of industrial workers operate in complex and hazardous environments where high value and time sensitive challenges demand immediate resolution. Without speed to knowledge delivered in-context and on-demand to easily access expertise remotely, worker safety is compromised, productivity declines, and brand reputations suffer…with millions in lost revenues at stake.
Tacit solves this knowledge gap. We enable internal and external experts to quickly capture, preserve and share tacit knowledge — codifying the undocumented knowledge, experience, relationships, and instincts developed over their careers.
Tacit is a unified knowledge-centric SaaS and Expert Network Marketplace platform with a people first focus, leveraging human and artificial intelligence (HI + AI). Tacit enables industrial customers in mission critical industries to organize their retiring workforce and contractors to be available on-demand, in real-time remotely through a secure platform that unlocks critical knowledge where these experts can continue to contribute/earn and organizations can access/document their expertise. Tacit connects the workforce with the knowledge they need in-context, on-demand with natural language AI intelligent search providing instant results, dynamic features like Notes, How-to Video Snippets, Intelligent PDF Viewer adds context/media curating static documents, access to live experts remotely in real-time.
