What You Will Do The selected candidate will work in an intern role supporting the Experiments Team, performing engineering and analysis activities for a large missile defense lab within the C2BMC (Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications) program. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with experienced engineers to design, implement, integrate, and test prototypes aimed at advancing C2BMC capabilities. Contributing to the development of engineering solutions and performing testing to ensure system functionality. Developing knowledge and skillsets under the guidance of mentors to build technical proficiency and industry expertise. Qualifications You Must Have Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session. Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session. Experience with troubleshooting Windows and Linux platforms through college coursework or previous internships. Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects. Qualifications We Prefer Familiarity with Agile development cycle. Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Cybersecurity. Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST or MITRE is desired. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
