What You Will Do Assist the Talent Acquisition team to support full-cycle recruiting activities, including posting job opportunities, reviewing candidate information, and coordinating high-volume interviews. Support process improvements and projects for Talent Acquisition and across HR. How You Will Do It Assisting with internal and external communications, promotion, and outreach of TA programs. Updating and managing candidate information and interview status in our ATS. Supporting the planning and execution of internship program events, networking opportunities, and intern engagement activities. Analyzing recruiting data and providing administrative support that helps drive efficient hiring processes. What We Look For Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university. Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, and/or related degree. Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer. Duration: Starting fall 2026 through summer 2027. Part-time (minimum 10 hours) during the school year and around 40 hours per week in the summer. Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
