What you'll do
- Support the design and evolution of capabilities for legacy and modern banking platforms
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and product management
- Improve product functionality with cross-functional teams
- Support the overall product lifecycle
- Support implementation and delivery of the Core Banking modernization program
- Focus on co-existence of on premise and cloud banking platforms
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
- Advanced knowledge of Core Banking platforms and its intersection with banking products and finance
- Experience in product analysis on core banking platforms like Fiserv, FIS, Oracle, etc.
- Experience in intersection of Core Banking with Retail Banking, Payments, Lending, or Products and Pricing (e.g.Zafin) environments
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, API platforms (e.g. Mulesoft), event-driven solutions (e.g.Apache Kafka), and enterprise integrations patterns
- Developing knowledge of agile development processes and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to work independently on routine tasks while following broad guidelines
- Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively across teams

The tech product analyst , Core Banking will provide support for the design, and evolution of the capabilities required to operate NFCU’s legacy and modern banking platforms as one logical banking ecosystem. The role will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical teams and product management working on delivering dual-core existence. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality, support the overall product lifecycle, and drive success.
The tech product analyst provides functional expertise in core banking platforms. This role will support the implementation and delivery of our Core Banking modernization program with a specific focus on co-existence of on premise and cloud banking platforms as an enabler for complete migration to a new core banking platform.
