What you'll do
- Tear down, inspect, and analyse warranty returns for possible failure modes.
- Create and submit warranty reports for all returns.
- Use test equipment to test turbo components for functionality.
- Create and close service orders for warranty returns.
- Track and monitor warranty failure modes for trends and provide feedback to all stakeholders.
- Lead in warranty improvement projects.
- Provide support to Quality Team as needed.
- Interact with customer as needed for warranty analysis as subject matter expert.

- After initial training period, must be able to demonstrate competency as detailed on training record for position title
