What you'll do
- Process daily Director and Business Analytics tasks, statements, file monitoring, and vendor file transfers.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, ShareFile, Trism, eFax, Ticket Hub, and other business applications.
- Troubleshoot and support bank equipment including phone systems, printers, conference room A/V, and overhead music systems.
- Administer physical security systems, including key fobs, door schedules, and video surveillance equipment.
- Provide onsite technical support and assist with special projects as needed.
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
- One to three years of experience in technology support, operations, information technology, or a related field preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and general computer systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to learn new technologies, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: a high school diploma or an associate degree

Location: Mandan, ND
