Your primary responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting members with their accounts, and providing exceptional member service. You will assist with financial inquiries, answer questions, and resolve any issues that arise with a problem-solving mindset. Your typical schedule may include working 2-3 Saturdays a month. Saturday schedules concluding at noon. When scheduled for a Saturday, you will enjoy time off during the week to ensure a balanced work/life experience.
