Searching for an experienced 1st Class Engineer in Tulsa OK. Summary of duties: Performs maintenance repair on mechanical equipment and related building elements including HVAC, boiler's chillers, electrical, plumbing, and life safety and guest/occupant comfort; essentially acting as a key leader in maintaining building's functionality and efficiency. Must have First Class Engineer License for this position. Benefits on the first of the month following 30 days. 401k with employer match after 6 months.
