We are looking for an experienced veterinary assistant to join our fun-loving staff. We have been in business for more than 20 years and have a long history in the community. We also work with a bunch of rescue groups and like to give back! The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities: • Hard-worker • Passionate • Energetic • Team-oriented • Optimistic Requirements: 2+ years experience working in a veterinary setting Support veterinarians & technicians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients. Perform general laboratory testing including complete blood count, chemistry, urine analysis, and ear cytology Communicate with client’s preventative health and medical questions Perform all aspects of medical nursing for dogs and cats Obtain detailed medical history and information from clients and maintain medical charts.
