What you'll do
- The Wellness Nurse provides clinical expertise and hands-on nursing care to senior residents, including wound care and medication management.
- They also coordinate care plans with families and physicians while auditing medical records and training care staff.
What you need
- Candidates must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing.
- A passion for working with seniors and the ability to perform a 2-step TB test are required.
- Education: a professional certificate
