Location: State College, PA. Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday. What You’ll Do You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means: Complete apartment maintenance requests and repairs Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Prepare apartments for new residents Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community Assist with general property upkeep Participate in the on-call rotation as needed Provide friendly, professional service to our residents #INDSJ
