Architectural Drafter

As part of our design team, you'll: Create detailed architectural and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Design agricultural, commercial, and industrial building projects across Wisconsin Transform concepts, sketches, and customer ideas into build-ready plans Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and sales professionals Ensure designs meet building codes, project requirements, and construction standards Help bring projects from initial concept all the way through construction We're looking for someone who has: Experience with AutoCAD and Revit Strong understanding of building design and construction practices Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Attention to detail with a balance of creativity and technical accuracy Associate degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred Experience with 3D rendering and visualization software is a plus Why You'll Love Working Here: See your work come to life - Your designs become real buildings, not forgotten files.
