A work home.” If that sounds like you, welcome home. Key Responsibilities Technical Execution: Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems. Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier. Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods. Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment. Preferred Qualifications Background: Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless). Communication: Ability to explain technical info to non-technical people and work well within a team. Software: Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed. Other Compensation This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
