What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive dealership role w/ a luxury brand Proven ability to sell services and build customer trust Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations Excellent communication and closing skills Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment ASE certification is a plus Bilingual is a plus Professional appearance and strong work ethic Valid driver’s license required Must pass pre-employment screening (background, drug test, MVR)
