What you'll do
- Perform scheduled controls preventative maintenance for various building automation systems
- Perform technical startup/checkout/commissioning of building automation systems
- Perform service call troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of building automation systems
- Provide remote support for building automation customers
- Manage estimated preventative maintenance hours on assigned contract
- Qualifications:High school diploma required. MET Technical Degree, MES Journeyman, or equivalent preferred.Minimum 3 years related experience in building automation & mechanical controls industry service experience preferred.Mechanical service experience preferred.Service estimation experience preferred.Working knowledge of Automated Logic, Tridium, Honeywell, Trane, JCI and other control systems preferred.
