About the Role MornstAir is seeking a Bilingual Project Coordinator to support our engineering team in a fast-paced project environment. In this role, you will work closely with engineers and project managers to coordinate schedules, documentation, purchasing activities, and communication with contractors, vendors, and other teams. This position is well suited to someone who is organized, enjoys solving day-to-day project challenges, and wants to build a long-term career in engineering project coordination or project management. An engineering background is not required; you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members while gaining hands-on exposure to project execution. Required Qualifications * High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred). * Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal). * Comfortable working in active construction environments and following all PPE and site safety requirements. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in project coordination, administrative support, construction, manufacturing, procurement, or a related setting. * Experience working with vendors, contractors, or cross-functional teams. * Familiarity with purchase orders, invoices, project records, or document control. * Ability to read or organize technical drawings and project documents.
