Hi! We're Woven Care. We're a pediatric therapy organization, and we're big believers in the power of human potential… whether it's our patients or our team, we exist to help achieve potential. We are on a mission to drive the highest quality clinical outcomes for the children we serve, becoming the household name for pediatric care in the United States. To achieve our mission, we have to build an organization by clinicians and for clinicians because the most talented clinicians drive the best outcomes for patients. We are building the future of pediatric healthcare, and changing lives, one patient at a time. We've served children and families since 2005, and are proud to be the leading provider of pediatric care in Colorado. We are a team of experts with backgrounds in Speech, Occupational, and Physical therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis. We believe our comprehensive, integrated, multidisciplinary, care delivery model drives better clinical outcomes for patients. Together, we're proudly working as one team to drive the best outcomes for our patients. Right now, our services are available to children and families in Colorado, and our goal is to continue to build exceptional teams throughout the United States so that every child has access to the care they deserve.

Description

Passing your boards is a big deal. Where you take your first BCBA role is an equally big deal, because the environment you start in shapes the kind of clinician you become. Finding the right place to do it really matters! At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We have built a new BCBA experience around what we know matters most: a manageable caseload, genuine clinical support, and a multidisciplinary team that is invested in growing together. What Your First Year Looks Like Here This is the next chapter in your clinical journey, and you won't be navigating it alone. From day one you'll be surrounded by BCBAs and colleague in OT, PT, and SLP who love what they do and are excited to collaborate and grow alongside you. Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated support and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload gradually so you can build confidence and clinical depth at the same time. You will carry up to a 10-client caseload sized so you can do your best work rather than just manage volume. Day to day, you can expect to design and guide ABA programs, conduct assessments, supervise and mentor your RBT team, lead parent training sessions, and collaborate directly with your multidisciplinary team on shared clients. Documentation flexibility means as long as your job responsibilities are met, you can handle notes and indirect tasks from home, so your clinic time stays focused on what matters most: the kids and families you serve. What You'll Get at Woven Care A team that's here for YOU Your clinical team is readily available and invested in your growth and where you are on your journey. From programming questions to caregiver communication and RBT supervision challenges, support is by your side. You'll never feel alone at Woven Care!
