Total Annual Compensation: $85,000-$113,000 Annual Salary: $85,000-$95 ,000 Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly) Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location) Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 50% remote and 50% onsite at the clinic.
