What you'll do
- Coordinate the spa schedule and ensure proper guest flow
- Handle incoming calls and answer guests questions
- Be well educated about the spa/salon services
- Make recommendations for services to enhance the guest expereince
- Provide gift card, enhancements and retail recommendations
- Ensure a positive, consistent guest experience
- Support the Spa Director
What you need
