Rotations may include opportunities in areas such as: Data & Analytics: Leverage business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and visualization tools to support decision-making and business outcomes. Data Science: Apply advanced analytics, modeling, artificial intelligence and quantitative approaches to generate insights and solve business challenges. Digital Products & User Experience: Support the development of digital tools, platforms, and user-focused solutions that enhance business and client experiences. Data Strategy & Solutions: Contribute to enterprise data initiatives and help translate business needs into data-driven solutions. Additional Data & Technology Functions: Gain exposure to other teams driving innovation, analytics, and technology transformation across Capital Group. Across rotations, associates may analyze complex datasets, develop reports and visualizations, support data and AI initiatives, evaluate business requirements, and help create data-driven solutions that inform decision-making and improve business outcomes.
