Highlights of the Role: * Personalized Care: Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. * Engagement: Encourage participation in community activities, providing companionship and fostering social connections. * Supportive Tasks: Help with meal preparation and service, light housekeeping, and maintaining a comfortable, home-like environment. * Medication Management: Provide reminders and assist with medications as needed. What We Look For: * Experience: Previous caregiving experience is beneficial, especially with individuals with dementia. * Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor. * Qualities: Empathy, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing compassionate care. * Training: Willingness to undergo on-the-job training; no prior experience necessary.
