The Charge Nurse is an experienced RN with in-depth knowledge and understanding of providing and overseeing nursing care to critical patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit to patients. This position requires the ability to impact care in a variety of settings. This position fulfills the roles of clinician, mentor, and educator.
