THE OPPORTUNITY
Performs a variety of bank-related functions while providing an exceptional
service experience to clients. Performs all duties in accordance with the
Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and
regulations, wherein the Company operates.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
* Answer incoming calls from clients and branches regarding checking and
savings accounts, debit cards, certificates of deposit, and loans. Serve as
the point of contact for account maintenance needs for existing and new
clients.
* Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries regarding online banking websites
and mobile applications, including maintenance and password support. This may
include third-party support for HOA, digital wallet, and other client-facing
platforms. When aligned to support clients, troubleshoot and resolve a wide
range of complex inquiries regarding account activity.
* Research and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner or route them to the
appropriate parties for support and resolution. Complete service request
forms when applicable.
* Perform maintenance and provide support to the Bank’s consumer and commercial
clients for debit card products.
* Process requests for maintenance and modifications to existing card products
and services.
* Ensure the implementation and delivery of card services are completed within
agreed-upon timeframes and in accordance with policies, procedures, and
regulatory requirements.
* Follow all established policies and procedures.
* Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* Intermediate knowledge of Electronic Check Clearing House Organization and
National Automated Clearing House Association rules.
* Intermediate proficiency with computer terminals, personal computers, and
Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook.
* Intermediate typing skills sufficient to meet the production needs of the
position.
* Intermediate math skills, including calculating interest and percentages;
balancing accounts; adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole
numbers, common fractions, and decimals; locating routine mathematical
errors; and computing rates, ratios, and percentages, including drafting and
interpreting bar graphs.
* Effective organizational and time management skills.
* Oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to
apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand
procedures, write reports and correspondence, and communicate clearly with
clients and employees.
* Ability to hear and speak effectively when communicating with individuals by
telephone.
* Ability to work with general supervision while performing duties.
* Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
* Demonstrated passion for client service.
* Prior client service experience preferred.
* Prior banking or financial services industry experience preferred.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education,
industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in
alignment with market data and other factors.
