What you'll do
- Assist residents with daily living activities, provide emotional support and companionship, and facilitate participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
What you need
- A State of Iowa CNA license is preferred.
- Previous LTC or AL experience is preferred but not required; a pre-hire health assessment and 4 panel drug screen are required.
