Internship Overview: We are seeking Construction Management Interns to join our team at Inland Group in Spokane, WA for the summer of 2027. Our 12-week summer internship is designed to give you full exposure to all phases of the project management process. You will work closely with project teams on: takeoffs, estimating, submittals, bidding, scheduling, project turnover, etc. While visiting numerous active construction sites, you will gain insight into the inner workings of our field teams and see firsthand how a jobsite is managed. In addition to your time with the construction team, you will also have direct exposure to the development and property management sides of our business, to include design and property operations. Look forward to a fun summer gaining valuable experience alongside a collaborative and energetic team. Other Details and Qualifications: * Internship is located in Spokane, WA (housing assistance available for out-of-area students). * Travel opportunities to visit projects under construction and tour completed projects. * This is a paid internship ($22-$25/hour), full-time hours Monday-Friday; start date is dependent on school schedule. * Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Program, Construction Management or similar major preferred. * Must be a team player who takes a “we over me” approach to building and sustaining relationships with others. * Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated. * Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English. * Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle.   Here at Inland Group, we are committed to offering an inclusive and accessible experience for all job applicants and associates.
