The Community Belonging Coordinator reports to the Director for Community Belonging and plays a vital role in advancing Austin Peay State University’s commitment to fostering a campus environment where every student feels connected, supported, and positioned for success. This role contributes to a comprehensive, student-centered strategy that strengthens students’ sense of belonging, engagement, and academic achievement.
This position collaborates in a cross-divisional and cross-institutional approach to design, implement, and assess programs, services, and initiatives that enhance both social and academic belonging. This position supports holistic student experience by creating opportunities for connection, engagement, and success inside and outside of the classroom. The coordinator will serve with a student-centered approach that contributes to a caring and safe campus life environment that supports the holistic success of students.
