What you'll do
- Treat patients in all three facilities
- Perform and assist with all types of transfers
- Provide adaptive ADL retraining and functional task practice
- Collaborate closely with the evaluating OT and interdisciplinary care team
What you need
- Current Washington StateOccupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)license in good standing
- Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
- Organized, self-motivated, and patient-focused
- Passion for working with the geriatric population
- One year of SNF experience preferred, butnewer clinicians with strong interest in geriatrics are encouraged to apply
- Education: an associate degree

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Full Time Bremerton, WA Independence Rehab Independence Rehab is actively seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team at The Willows Independent Living, Ashley Gardens memory care, and The Cottages Assisted Living in Bremerton, WA. The three facilities are located on the same grounds (3231 Pine Rd NE, Bremerton WA). In this role you will treat patients in all three facilities. About the Role As a COTA at Independence Rehab, you'll work collaboratively with the therapy team to support residents through rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term care-helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
