Suffolk, VA Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Home Health (PRN) Position Summary: Trinity Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis in Suffolk, VA. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and improve their daily living skills.
