Everforth ECS Federal is seeking a C-sUAS Network Planner supporting a Department of War customer in the National Capital Region. The Network Planner plans and implements networks connecting counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) capabilities with existing fires and air defense networks. The planner supports experimentation, assessment, rapid fielding, and operational activities by translating Service and combatant commander requirements into working network configurations and technical integrations. This position works directly with supported-unit and combatant command communications staffs and vendors to establish connectivity, integrate new systems and associated data, and resolve interoperability issues. The planner performs hands-on integration, documents working configurations, and identifies technical constraints which could affect event execution or operational use. This is a fast-moving technical environment where participating systems and requirements continue to change. The role requires a network professional who takes initiative, troubleshoots systematically, coordinates effectively across organizations, and explains technical issues in terms of their operational impact. Hands-on ability to troubleshoot connectivity, interoperability, and data exchange problems across participating systems. Ability to coordinate network implementation and issue resolution with military communications staffs, vendors, and other technical teams. Ability to produce accurate network documentation and communicate configuration requirements, integration status, and unresolved technical risks.
