In this role you will have daily interaction with our existing and future customers as well as provide critical support to the outside sales department.

What you'll do

Answer inbound customer calls in a timely manner
Make outbound calls to customers to review our 100% satisfaction guarantee
Support outside sales team
Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customer problems
Professionally interact with other departments
Accurately document calls and assignment of calls based on established procedures
Follow scripting to provide consistent experience for customers and potential clients

What you need

High school diploma or equivalent
Success in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask
Exceptional customer service and phone skills
Strong attention to detail with problem solving capabilities
Comfort with various software applications and/or ability to adapt and learn them
Associate's degree or greater (preferred)
