Computer World Services, Corp. (CWS) seeks a Journeyman Database and Application Support Engineer to support database availability, application operations, service restoration, component upgrades, and recovery validation for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program.
The engineer diagnoses database outages, application dependencies, connection failures, unavailable services, certificate problems, and API issues across database, application, middleware, server, network, cloud, and security components. The role coordinates with enterprise IT operations teams and software teams when resolution requires code analysis or correction, focusing on production support, integration, recovery, and testing rather than primary application development.
