What you'll do
- Acting as the primary point of contact for onboarding new patients, ensuring a warm and informative introduction to our holistic dental philosophy.
- Managing new patient intake, scheduling appointments efficiently, and managing follow-ups.
- Answering phone calls and digital inquiries with a high level of professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
- Coordinating patient check-ins, updating digital health histories, and verifying insurance information.
What you need
- Education:High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Experience:Minimum2–3 years of dental office experience(Required).
- Technical Skills:At least2 years of strong computer skillsand familiarity with dental practice management software (Required).
- Interpersonal Skills:Outstanding communication, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for patient care.
