About this position Pinnacle is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for serving others and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all. Key Responsibilities Provide direct care and support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Ensure the individuals you support receive appropriate care for their medical and behavioral needs. Build and maintain positive relationships with the people you support, their families, and other stakeholders. Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed. Follow all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
