We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher who understands the pace and urgency of the home services industry. This is not an entry-level position . We need someone who has experience managing busy schedules, dispatching field technicians, prioritizing calls, and making quick decisions throughout the day. As a Dispatcher, you’ll be at the center of our operation, helping our technicians stay productive while making sure our customers receive the five-star service they expect. Why You’ll Love Working Here Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Pet Insurance Employee Discounts 401(k) with 4% Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave Weekly Pay Opportunities for growth and career advancement A strong team culture built around collaboration, accountability, and having each other’s backs What You’ll Do Manage and coordinate daily technician schedules in a fast-paced service environment Dispatch technicians based on customer needs, technician skill sets, location, and call priority Monitor schedules throughout the day and make adjustments as priorities change Dispatch and debrief technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently Communicate with customers regarding appointments, scheduling changes, and service needs Work closely with technicians, customer service representatives, and leadership Help maximize technician productivity and available service capacity Identify scheduling challenges before they become problems Maintain accurate information within the dispatching and scheduling system Support daily and monthly operational goals while delivering an excellent customer experience Experience Required Minimum 1–2 years of professional dispatch experience required Experience dispatching field technicians required HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other home service industry experience strongly preferred Experience managing multiple technicians and a high volume of service calls Experience making real-time scheduling and routing decisions ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of technician productivity, call prioritization, and schedule management Ability to multitask and make decisions quickly in a fast-moving environment Strong customer service and communication skills High school diploma or GED required Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Ability to stay organized, calm, and solution-focused under pressure The Right Person for This Role You know dispatching is more than filling spots on a calendar. You’re comfortable managing competing priorities, communicating with technicians in the field, handling last-minute changes, and keeping the schedule moving when things don’t go according to plan.
