What you'll do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment, and diagnose and sell repairs to customers.
What you need
- 2+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Be 21 years old and have held a valid driver's license for three years to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
- Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
- Experience with variable speed units, replacing parts, and handling refrigerant
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Licensing (preferred)
