What you'll do
- <ul><li>Teamwork, Professionalism and Personal Connection</li><li>Perform all daily functions of assigned Clients.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiar in WMS and computerized inventory control system and its procedures.</li><li>Conduct inventory cycle count and stock take, ensure inventory accuracy meets KPI.</li><li>Perform invoicing through company portal and conducts billings including associated backup and documentation.</li><li>Provide daily operational reports accurately and timely.</li><li>Perform daily data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management, and audits picking activities.</li><li>Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving, and to ship orders.</li><li>Provide support with other miscellaneous projects, filing and research.</li><li>Rating of domestic transportation bills.</li><li>Receive and handle customer enquiry with Supervisory guidance.</li></ul>
What you need
- <ul><li><p>Proficiency operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, electric pickers, and pallet jacks</p></li><li><p>Physical capability to perform physical tasks including unloading, moving boxes, and standing for extended periods</p></li><li><p>Fluent in written and spoken English required; Bilingual, fluent in spoken Spanish strongly preferred</p></li><li><p>Ability to read English and work from packing lists and location labels across multiple sites simultaneously</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to give clear, patient direction to seasonal temp labor and flex tone and approach across a fast-changing floor </p></li><li><p>Experience informally leading, training, or directing temp or seasonal labor</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with computer-based inventory management systems</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in a hyperseasonal or education-related operations environment</p></li></ul>
