What you'll do

Run drain calls, light plumbing calls, and mainline drain calls
Maintain standards of quality maintenance work
Ensure drains and pipes are correctly repaired and running efficiently
Clearly inform and explain all information to customers
Handle any issues that may arise

What you need

Prior residential drains experience
Customer service experience
A valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Able to pass a background check and drug test
Can lift up to 50 lbs
Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities

What You’ll Do As a Drain Maintenance Technician , you will run drain calls, light plumbing calls, and mainline drain calls. By maintaining standards of quality maintenance work, you ensure that drains and pipes are always correctly repaired and running efficiently. When interacting with our customers, you clearly inform and explain all information to them and handle any issues that may arise.
