an
ESL (ESL) Language Teacher
to provide
in-person,
customized lessons to our learners in
New Rochelle.
Job Information:
Ref. # 200938/7:
Students: Two 10-year-old children (twins) taking separate, back-to-back lessons. They have recently relocated to the USA.
Location: Lessons are to be held at the students' home near Maplewood Park, New Rochelle 10804.
Availability: Monday, Wednesday Friday - around 2:30pm - 3pm - To be confirmed with teacher.
Lesson Frequency and Duration: Once or twice per week, 90 minutes per session.
Current English level: Beginner/Intermediate.
Native language: German.
Students' language needs and goals: To be become fluent; being able to communicate with native speakers.
Students' interests: They are interested in sports, reading Harry Potter books and playing the keyboard.
Responsibilities:

Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals

Qualifications:
Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in English

Minimum of two years' teaching experience
