Environmental, Health, & Safety Internship Opportunity - Denver, CO

The CFA Safety Internship Program is an opportunity to learn and grow in the field of safety. The 12-week summer program is designed to provide aspiring EHS professionals with valuable, hands-on experience in the field. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced safety experts, develop practical skills, and contribute to real-world safety initiatives that make a meaningful impact. Primary Responsibilities * Gain a comprehensive understanding of safety practices and principles through guided training and field experience. * Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures across various work environments. * Participate in identifying and mitigating safety risks through inspections, audits, and hazard assessments. * Engage in professional development activities to build a strong foundation for a career in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS). Minimum Qualifications * Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program such as Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or Construction Management. * Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0. * Demonstrated interest in environmental health, safety, and risk management. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
