This is not a standard installation position. ESC Electricians are called in when projects require troubleshooting, corrective electrical work, or additional technical support to get the job completed correctly.We're looking for licensed electricians who are strong problem-solvers, can diagnose issues in the field, and know how to determine the right solution when a project doesn't go exactly as planned.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on residential solar projectsPerform electrical repairs, corrections, and modifications in the fieldDiagnose installation and post-installation electrical problemsRespond to ESC work orders and field support requests throughout your assigned marketComplete service-related electrical work and corrective actionsIdentify the root cause of electrical issues and determine appropriate solutionsReview plans, photos, and project documentation when troubleshooting field conditionsPerform service panel upgrades and other residential electrical work as neededVerify completed work meets NEC, local code, and company requirementsDocument findings, repairs, and completed work accuratelyCoordinate with Installation, Service, Operations, and other field teams to resolve project issuesCommunicate professionally with homeowners when working at customer locationsWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Journeyman or Master Electrician license requiredStrong residential electrical experience requiredResidential solar experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)Proven electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExperience with residential service equipment, panels, disconnects, breakers, and related electrical componentsAbility to read and interpret electrical plans and diagramsAbility to work independently and make sound decisions in the fieldStrong communication and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to travel throughout the assigned market as neededWhat We Offer$35–$45 per hour, based on experience, licensing, and qualificationsVehicle allowanceCompany gas cardConsistent, full-time workMonday–Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday availability required.Career advancement opportunities within a growing national solar companySupport from dedicated Operations, Service, and ESC teamsWhy SpartanX?ESC Electricians aren't simply completing standard installations.
