You’ll get: Company-paid training & continuing education Company-sponsored health, dental, and vision options Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off + paid holidays Tool purchasing program Employee referral bonus program Employee appreciation events Weekly team meetings + real mentorship from licensed pros Future career opportunities in sales, management, and specialty trades What You’ll Be Doing: Assist plumbers on a variety of jobs Assist with tools, materials, digging, and jobsite setup Learn to troubleshoot and make small repairs Keep job sites and trucks clean and safe Take notes, ask questions, and build your experience Minimum Requirements: GED or high school diploma Ability to lift 70+ lbs and handle physical labor Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Willingness to work occasional overtime and Saturdays (when needed) A strong desire to pursue a plumbing license Locations: Applicants must live within 30 miles of our Canton/Holly Springs headquarters, or be willing to relocate.
