Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Recruiting Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you’ll help build the future of SRG by identifying, attracting, and selecting top-quality team members who align with our mission and values. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers across the organization, design effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive experience for every candidate. Your Impact: Key Responsibilities Recruiting Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies Develop and maintain job descriptions, screening questions, and postings that reflect SRG’s mission and values Manage the full-cycle recruiting process - sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordinating offers Build and nurture candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs Represent SRG at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities Ensure every candidate experiences a professional, welcoming, and values-driven hiring process Maintain organized candidate records and recruiting data, track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, conversion rates), and provide leadership with regular reports and recommendations for process improvement. HR Administrative Support Assist with compliance tracking, background checks, and reference verification Provide administrative support to the Director of HR on projects and day-to-day operations Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and communication Qualifications 2–4 years of recruiting experience (construction, restoration, or trades industry preferred) Comfortable with high-volume hiring for field and skilled trade roles, as well as professional positions Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, schools, and community partners Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in using systems to manage multiple roles simultaneously Passion for serving others and aligning talent with purpose-driven work Alignment with SRG’s faith-based mission and values Benefits Competitive Compensation Package Full Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Voluntary Life Safe Harbor 401K with up to 4% Company Match Paid Time Off Package including Your Birthday Off Every Year & 5 Paid Mission Trip Days Ready to Make an Impact?
