What you'll do
- Provide maintenance, diagnostics, and repair support for equipment operating in Iron Ore mining environments
- Deliver service support to both mining and non‑mining customers within the assigned territory
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on a wide range of mechanical systems with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate service documentation, work orders, and reporting in company systems
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership regarding equipment status and service needs
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and overall customer satisfaction
What you need
- Provide maintenance, diagnostics, and repair support for equipment operating in Iron Ore mining environments
- Deliver service support to both mining and non-mining customers within the assigned territory
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on a wide range of mechanical systems with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate service documentation, work orders, and reporting in company systems
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership regarding equipment status and service needs
- Identify opportunities for improved reliability, uptime, and customer satisfaction
- Strong mechanical background with proven hands-on experience
- Proficiency in basic computer systems for diagnostics, reporting, and work order management
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and responsibilities without direct supervision
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned service area
- Experience working with high horsepower engines
- Background in mining equipment or heavy equipment service environments
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Work is performed in both field and industrial environments, including mining sites
- <strong>Mandatory participation in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 operational support</strong>
- <strong>Required to work overtime, including extended hours, evenings, and weekends, based on business and customer demands</strong>
- Must be able to respond to service calls outside of standard working hours as needed
- Must be able to adapt to changing schedules and operational priorities
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of safety, quality, and customer service
