Field Technician

Apply Job Type Full-time Description RoyPow USA is seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers. Job duties: Providing technical on-site support and training to customers experiencing issues with their lithium batteries. Troubleshooting technical issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical support requests. Assisting with product installation and maintenance as needed.
